The Medium mill provides a combination of the veneer cabinet of the Fidibus 21, with the larger motor and burrs of the Classic mill. Like all KoMo electric mills, the Medium uses advanced corundum/ceramic burrs and a strong, high efficiency motor. Its solid beechwood hopper holds 1 lb., 15 oz. of grain-enough for over two pounds of whole grain bread. All KoMo mills are equipped with specially developed electric motors that provide reliable, yet extremely quiet power.
